Research On Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation Oriented By Industry Characteirstic Universities

Hu Jintao put forward new demands to collaborative innovation, which obtained the Generalapproval of universities, industries and enterprises, government and other sectors of society, andcarried out collaborative innovation activitiesat at different levels and in different forms. Atpresent, China’s collaborative innovation oriented by industry characteristic universities is in itsinfancy, and there are problems in choice of the subject, the system structure, the distribution ofbenefits and risk management as well as feedback and control, which belong to the scope of themechanism. To solve these problems, this paper focused on the three aspects of mechanism ofcollaborative innovation oriented by industry characteristic universities, namely: the design andselection of mode, the distribution of benefits and risk management and Evaluation ofcollaborative capability, using the research methods of combination of qualitative and quantitativeanalysis of and theoretical and empirical analysis, based on the viewpoint of system theory. Thestudy to these contents can better deal with the interactive and restrictive relationship among theorganizations during the operation of collaborative innovation oriented by industry characteristicuniversities, to make them interactive and orderly to achieve synergies state, to achieve the goal ofcollaborative innovation, is of great significance to enhance China’s innovate ability and toimprove our overall competitiveness.
