Self-reflection, peer coaching (companions’ mutual help) and professional guidance arethree indispensable elements to promote teachers’ professional development, and teachingresearch on the heterogeneous forms for the same subject provides teachers with aface-to-face interaction platform. In the course of teaching research on the heterogeneousforms for the same subject, the author finds that teachers with different years of teachingexperience possess their own strengths and weaknesses in the classroom teaching. Bycomparing the different teachers’ classroom teaching, this thesis attempts to summarize thecharacteristics of the old, middle-aged and young teachers, thus to come up with somebeneficial advice for their better professional development.The Introduction of the thesis mainly presents the significances, the methods and theprocesses of the research. And the main body consists of four parts.Part one is an overview of the related concepts. The old, middle-aged and young teachersare first divided and defined, their characteristics are elaborated. Meanwhile the relatedtheories and concepts of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject and the effect ofclassroom teaching evaluation are given intensively study. In addition, the processes of theresearch are illustrated.Part two is preparation of the theory and the organization for the research. First isliterature review. On the basis of the experience from the predecessors, four dimensions ofteachers’ classroom effect comparing are teased out and analyzed,teaching design, classroomskills, teachers’ style, learning effect.Subsequently, the research team is established and theresearch plan is developed.Part three is case analysis of classroom teaching effect of the heterogeneous forms forthe same subject. The first step is to choose the exact cases and study them. The second step isto present the processes and the results of the cases study, and then based on the researchresults, make a deep analysis of the characteristics of teachers with different years of teachingexperience.Part four are conclusions and suggestions. Rational reflection on the entire study resultsand some suggestions for teachers with different years of teaching experience are given in thispart.At last, some personal opinions on the limitations, deficiencies and prospect of theresearch are offered.
