Preliminary Study On The Production Safety Training Assurance Sstem Of Secondar Vocational School

The quality of safety training in production concerns the basic human right of life, healthand safety of all industrial workers, to put their lives and health under effectual protection isthe whole society’s responsibility and obligatory. With the increasing of the social materialwealth and rapid expanding of industry, safety in production has become an importantproblem. The safety accidents caused by the disqualification of industrial workers and lack ofsafety consciousness are incompatible with the rapid development of industrialization. It isvery significant to the economic development and social progress in the future by the meansof strengthening the safety training in production to improve the quality of safety training. Inorder to effective ensure the quality of production safety training, to establish scientific andreasonable production safety training assurance system is the best choice.This paper analyze successful experience on production safety training assurance systemin foreign countries and combine with China’s actual situation of production safety training soas to build safety training quality assurance system suitable to china’s national conditions. Themain research methods include theoretical research, literature, survey, comparative and so on.The chapter I describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreignresearch review, thoughts and method. The chapter II mainly contains theoretical research,brief introduction to the theory of safety training, lifelong learning, human development andso on. Then summarize the main function, main model, organizational system of the qualityassurance system. Chapter III introduced the current situations about safety training securitysystem.Chapter IV proposed design principles for safety training security system andpreliminary discussion on how to perfect China’s safety training security system. Chapter IVintroduces school running of Qian’an vocational education center and it’s construction andrunning performance of safety training quality assurance system, and finally puts forwardcountermeasures against those problems.
