| Along with the extending of the college enrollment,higer education has already stepped into the “post-mass period”.The key is teaching quality of teachers which matching the development of higher education scale and ensuring higher education quality.Researches of teachers’ teaching quality evaluation,timely discovery of problems in teaching process and promotion of colleges teachers’ teaching quality are all the inevitably request to achieve harmonious development between higher education scale and quality and ensure quality of talents.Mobile internet technology have evolved by leaps and bounds in recent years.This technology can realize data transmission and resources sharing in wireless environment by smart mobile devices which making messages accurate and real-time to users of any location.The research of carrying out teaching quality evaluation with mobile applications has important meaning to promote the development of college teaching quality evulation.This paper,combined with empirical study,discovers college teachers teaching quality evaluation on the basis of the design of teaching quality evaluation content which is the principal line and mobile applications as the technical support.Specifically,the main problems can be fall into two general categories: the one is how to raise evaluation efficiency of students while guaranteeing the quality of evaluation results;the other is how to validate the reliability of evaluation date from students.Focusing on the above-mentioned problems,the paper discovers deeply about index system construction,questionnaire survey method and data analysis of college teachers’ teaching quality from the theory and practice.On a theoretical level,the research states correlative theories of index system construction and establishes the system which fit for college teachers’ teaching quality evaluation through document analysis and interviews results based on the ieda of simplified index system.On a practical level,the research adopts the evaluation method built for mobile and data analysis methods like statistic analysis of data and statistic analysis of classification.Finally,the reliability of students’ evaluation results have been validated by expert comparative test and hypothetical test which further proved availability and stability of students’ evaluation.The research about teaching quality of a southwest college by mobile application obtaines 760 evaluable courses,546 evaluable courses and 698 evaluable courses separately.The research result showes the method based on the ieda of simplified index system can get satisfactory indexes of evaluation dicrimination.Meanwhile,tracking the data can not only observes the teaching situation of the whole college and the branches,but also finds the teaching fluctuation of every teacher. |
