However, the current development of independent colleges in the reform and exploration stage, internal and external yet to solve many problems and loopholes counselor mechanism is not perfect, the development of many contradictions can lead to the development of the headteachers lag, influence the stability and vitalityof the team.Based on the analysis of present situation and existing problems of independent college counselors team, based on the definition of the concept, and by using the methods of questionnaire, case analysis, to understand and counselors working state and emotional appeal, for the moment the problems affecting the development of independent college team analyzes reasons and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, and on how to strengthen the independent college counselor team construction in detail in this paper.
