Therefore, researching professionalization and specialization of independent college counselors, it is necessary for the stability of counselors, improving the quality and building a politically strong, professionally skilled, and able to stick to positions of in the long-term in ideological and political education work force, and it has important theoretical significance and practical significance.The paper analyzes professionalization and specialization firstly of counselors team, specific to the special natures and characteristics of independent colleges and independent college students, based on existing theoretical results of professionalization and specialization construction in counselors, according to survey results related to the status of independent college counselors and the current problems in counselors team, drawing on the management of the incentive theory, human resources theory, as well as moral educational theory and other related theories, the paper proposes several countermeasures for independent college counselors construction from the view of professionalization and specialization.The paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is Introduction.
