| To further enhanced the contribution of occupation education development of regionaleconomy and social development, and the structure of local industrial development, serviceindustry adapt to occupation education with regional characteristics, and trained a large numberof skills talents matching market demand, promoted the secondary vocational education andlocal economic and social development, had become an important subject in the secondaryoccupation technical school facing.This research uses survey research method and case study method, in summary, induction,refines the existing research on the occupation education and regional economic and socialcoordinated development theory and practice case as the theoretical basis, it summarized andanalyzed the regional characteristics experience of Shantou Foreign Language and BusinessAcademy, provides recommendations and Countermeasures for the school even the localoccupation education reform and development.The content was divided into five parts. The first chapter was introduction, The was theanalysis of the school sponsoring the regional characteristics of the theory, analysis of the basiccontent mainly includes the school sponsoring regional concept analysis and secondaryvocational schools’ regional characteristics.
