With the development of global tourism,the demand for tourism professionals in the market is getting greater and greater.Talents are the key to the strong promotion of global tourism.The development of global tourism depends on the support of a good professional quality and a sufficient number of tourism talents.Secondary tourism vocational education is the important part of tourism education in China at present.It undertakes the important task of cultivating a large number of skilled and high-quality tourism talents.Therefore,it is more and more important to develop service-oriented secondary tourism vocational education with regional characteristics,which is compatible with the structure of local economic development.To cultivate a large number of skilled tourism talents in line with market demand and to promote the coordinated development of secondary tourism vocational education,regional economy and society has become a common issue faced by secondary Tourism Vocational schools.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the reason,purpose and significance of the topic selection,summarizes and combs the existing achievements related to the research theme,and puts forward the research ideas and specific methods of this study.The second part is the first chapter,mainly on the related concepts and theoretical basis for analysis,including secondary vocational education characteristics of school-running theory,analysis for regional characteristics of tourism vocational education in school-running system and so on.The third part is the second chapter,which analyses the influencing factors of regional characteristics of secondary tourism education.The fourth part is the third chapter,based on the data obtained from field investigation,the development situation of secondary Tourism Vocational Education in Fujian Province and the problems in running schools with characteristics of secondary tourism vocational education are analyzed.The fifth part is the fourth chapter.Taking F Secondary Tourism Vocational School as an example,this paper conducts a case study on regional characteristics of secondary tourism education,and analyses the Implementation ways and effectiveness.The sixth part is the fifthchapter.Based on the above research,the researcher puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the regional characteristics of secondary tourism education.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly,in the process of running schools with characteristics,secondary vocational schools should fully embody regional characteristics,integrate regional culture into the practice of running vocational schools,effectively integrate professional and regional cultural elements,and form a directional campus culture.The connotation of campus culture embodies the development orientation and characteristics of secondary vocational schools.Secondly,secondary tourism vocational schools should have the guiding ideology of development orientation,as well as clear school-running ideas.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the school itself,we should attach great importance to the strategy,accurately find the breakthrough point of characteristic construction,grasp the key to achieve breakthroughs,in order to form characteristics.
