Research On Status And Strategy Of Local Colleges And Universities’Regional Collaborative Innovation

The essence of collaborative innovation of universities is to promote scientific innovation ability, it has improved also made great contribution, But there are many various reasons result universities in less accumulation, closed and scattered, inefficient, and difficult to form the aggregation effect, so as to restrict the effective development of collaborative innovation. This article is under the background of "2011project","Research on Status and Strategy of Local Colleges and Universities"as the subject, taking GuangXi universities as example, main content as follows:The first part is preface introducing current national development strategy of higher education, reason that why chose this topic,the purpose,meaning, methods, text, it also involves situation of research and concepts.The second part, the background of collaborative innovation and development in universities. On the basis of analysis of the current form, discussing the characteristics of collaborative innovation, analyzing the status and role, finally, analyzing the various pattern, focusing on collaborative innovation mode in this paper, introduce collaborative innovation good practice at home and abroad, hope to have implications for local colleges.The third part analyze situation and problems of the regional collaborative innovation in universities in GuangXi. one is the center of GuangXi university collaboration innovation, including collaborative innovation synergy mode, operation mechanism and achievement, etc. Second, analyzing the problems and the reasons of collaborative innovation.The fourth part is Regional synergy innovation strategy of GuangXi universities, including regional policy, mechanism, platform, personnel training.
