Research On Employment Anxiety Of College Graduates In The Perspective Of School Social Work

In recent years, with university graduates continues to increase, the increasinglysevere employment situation, university graduates aggravation of psychologicalanxiety, increased the proportion, or even spawn a lot of damage, the tragedy ofsuicide, mental and physical health of young students and social stability hazards.Faced with such a huge employment groups, society as a whole are concerned. Thereason is the shortage of jobs, a sharp increase in the number of university students,graduates and job demands do not match, universities and professional educationmodel curriculum and social talent market failed to form a butt and individualstudents physical health, psychological status and family environment and otherfactors combined result.Therefore, this study compared the ideological and political education counselingand psychotherapy are two methods used in the past, university-based social workprofession and service to the school of social work intervention studies anxietyemployment of college graduates, using the development mode and make full use ofthe social group working methods, can effectively avoid instilling character andpsychological consultation with the ideological and political education of neglecteddominant position of students, student self-esteem contusion limitations, uphold the"people-oriented" and "self-reliance" philosophy, to better mobilize the students’ self-sex, maintaining an independent students’ personality, can effectively compensatefor the lack of previous employment of college graduates anxiety research.
