For college students,employment is a fadeless topic.With the rapid development of higher education and the expanding enrollment scale,the number of college students in our society has exceeded the social demand,and as a result,various types of employment problems are becoming more and more prominent.To solve the problem of college students' employment,we must first improve the employability of college students,which is conducive not only to high-quality employment,but also to the implementation of the national strategy of developing human resources,thus leading to the healthy development of a harmonious society.Therefore,this paper takes the college graduates from high-level universities in Shaanxi province graduates as the research object,and combining both the quantitative and qualitative methods,studies the employability of college students.First of all,through the analysis and combing domestic and foreign literature,lists the relevant concepts and basic theory,combined with open questionnaire survey,the collection of employment capacity of the indicators.Using the experts grading method,the employment ability structure of the high-level university graduates in Shaanxi province is determined as three dimensions: human capital dimension,social capital dimension and mental capital dimension,and each dimension is expressed by different indicators.Prepare a questionnaire and conduct an initial survey.SPSS22.0 software was used to sort and analyze the initial data,through the item analysis,factor analysis of the questionnaire to be amended;through the reliability and validity analysis to test the structural validity;through the correlation analysis and regression analysis between the employment ability of the contracted graduates and the quality of employment,further test the practicality of the questionnaire.Then,through the issuance of the revised questionnaire,the employment capacity of high-level universities in Shaanxi Province,analyzes the general situation of the graduates' employability and the influence of their variables on their employability,it was found: the overall level of employment of graduates in general,and the human capital level of poor employability.Gender,one child of family these two variables will not have a great impact on the employment capacity of graduates.Disciplines,political outlook,pre-school residence where the three variables on the employment capacity of graduates have a certain impact.However,as a student cadre experience and social practice experience on the employment capacity of graduates have a significant impact.Finally,drawing conclusion from above,the author propose some suggestions which is how to cultivate and improve the employment ability of high level university graduates in Shaanxi Province.These targeted suggestions are from three perspectives which are college students themselves,universities' helping and government's supporting.
