In our country,the economy from high speed development to the development of high quality,the mode of economic development,industrial structure is bound to face the transformation and optimization adjustment,at the same time,the labor transfer,capital and technology factors of production flow,resource flow makes the employment structure and industrial structure coordination changes,the high quality of economic development of the coordination put forward higher requirements.In recent years,the modernization level of China’s industrial chain has been greatly improved,and it has actively participated in the division of labor and expansion of the global industrial chain,and the industrial structure has been rapidly upgraded.Since the reform and opening up,Inner Mongolia economic development has made great progress,industrial structure is gradually upgraded,but the employment structure and industrial structure imbalance problems,employment structure and industrial structure adjustment affected by external factors failed to achieve synchronous development,which will hinder the further adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,thus affect the economic development of Inner Mongolia.Therefore,improving the coordination of employment structure and industrial structure in Inner Mongolia is a proposition that needs to be focused on in the current economic development.In this paper on the employment structure and industrial structure on the basis of literature,with the Petty-Clark theory,kuznets law,Lewis binary economic theory and the sodium money-sell Quinn employment structure transformation lag theory as the theoretical basis of research,clear the relationship between the employment structure and industrial structure.Using statistical analysis method,the development process of employment and industry in Inner Mongolia from 1978 to 2021 was analyzed in detail,and the correlation between employment structure and industrial structure was calculated respectively.The coordination coefficient is used to measure the coordination of the employment structure and industrial structure of the whole of Inner Mongolia and the allied cities,and the coupling coordination analysis method is used to measure the coordination state.Then,the index system affecting the coordination of the employment structure and industrial structure of Inner Mongolia is constructed,and the regression analysis method is used to analyze the influencing factors empirically.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the coordination of the employment structure and the industrial structure in Inner Mongolia.The conclusion of the study shows that,Since 1978,The evolution process of employment structure and industrial structure in Inner Mongolia basically conforms to the general evolution law of employment and industry,The proportional structure of the two tends to be reasonable,But there is still a mismatch between the employment structure and the industrial structure,According to the correlation measurement results,The tertiary industry plays a greater role in absorbing the excess labor force than the secondary industry;From the coordination measurement and analysis,The two have improved in coordination but not much,The coordination of the allied cities shows the characteristics of decreasing successively in the east,west and middle regions,The results of coupling coordination measurement show that the overall employment and industrial structure of Inner Mongolia and the allied cities are in a state of imbalance;From the empirical analysis of the influencing factors,The degree of industrialization has a significant inhibitory effect on the coordinated development of the employment structure and the industrial structure in Inner Mongolia,The level of urbanization,the quality of the labor force and the investment level play a significant role in promoting its coordinated development.Therefore,the comprehensive development of Inner Mongolia and the research conclusion,this paper focuses on developing new green industry to improve the quality of the second industry development,reasonable promote the development of new urbanization,increasing education investment to improve the quality of workers,optimize the investment structure and expand the scale of investment,promoting agricultural modernization to release surplus agricultural labor force to promote the coordinated development of employment structure and industrial structure put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. |
