This study breaks the existing studies on learning community which mainly focus onthe present situation of general education and network environment. The paper exploresthe form and the present situation of the construction of learning community in schoolenterprise cooperation. It summaries the factors which have an effect on the construction oflearning community in school enterprise cooperation and puts forward some suggestionsabout the construction of learning community in school enterprise cooperation.Literature study method and qualitative method are used in this study. It takesstudents whose major is design in a Career Technical College in Suzhou as the targets. Thepaper intends to find two forms-learning community in classroom and learning communityin studio which exist in learning community in school enterprise cooperation. Commonlearning tasks, learners, students, classroom rules and the situation in class consist oflearning community in classroom. It bears these characteristic which are the mutualreliance among members of the group, the distinctive boundary among each leaning groupthe importance of the part-time teachers’ guidance in school and the false and reality inlearning tasks. The problems which exist in the construction of learning community inclassroom are the heterogeneity problem, the design of real tasks and part-time teachers’lack of teaching ability. Studio learning community is composed of real learning task,learners, students, rules and the real work situation. Its characteristics are the heterogeneityamong members, the active participation and voluntary withdrawal from the tasks ofmembers, the equal interaction among members, the branch of learning community and thesum of learning community. The problems which exist in the construction of learningcommunity in studio are the limitations of students’ development in diversity and selection, large time used in enterprise, less interaction among branches of learning community.According to the research results the influential factors are summarized about theconstruction of learning community including external factors and internal factors.External factors are the connection of the school enterprise system and school environmentand classroom environment and internal factors are the culture of learning community andthe willingness of students themselves, members and teachers professional quality. Finallyit puts forward suggestions about the construction of learning community in schoolenterprise cooperation that are realization of the connection and integration of the schoolenterprise system, creation of a knowledge sharing platform under school enterprisecooperation,reconstruction of classroom learning community, improve studio classroomlearning community.
