The traditional cooperation between school and enterprise lacks platform,only relying on the agreement to maintain the relationship.So the relationship is not close and cannot develop further.Now the cooperative community is a new model of school-enterprise cooperation.With the guidance of the government,it not only focuses on the leading role of the school,but also stresses the dominant position of the enterprise.All stakeholders are equal and trust each other.And they play the advantages of their resources,training high-quality skilled personnel,and gain healthy development on the basis of mutual benefit.This article uses the literature researching method,interviewing method,observation method and case analysis method to research,based on the example of tourism major at Suzhou Tourism and Finance Institute.According to the stakeholder-related theory,clarify the interest relations among different subjects in a given situation and so that the profit sharing policies can be reached.Then the stakeholders of the cooperation can be divided,and the government,schools and enterprises are determined to be the primary stakeholders.The teachers and students in the schools and managers and staff in the enterprise are certainly frontline subjects.Combining the analysis of the characteristics of the cooperative community with the discussion of the construction of it,we can find the problems.In addition to lack of management experience,the main problem is the shared vision among the core subjects has not really formed.The corresponding reason is that the interests of the various subjects are not fully satisfied.So they cannot reach a consensus,and it is difficult to give full play to the role of the community of cooperation.Finally the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions:to actively reach a consensus;to form a common vision which each subject is willing to share the resources;the government should guide,guarantee and supervise;the schools and enterprises should build management system together to train students and to enrich the double-teachers team by hiring each other's employees.
