Micro mobile learning is a combination of digital and mobile communicationtechnology, it makes the teaching activities cannot be limited by time and space, whichmakes the inculcation of classroom teachers to students’ conscious learning, therefore,This mode has changed the traditional conditions. Micro mobile learning is the useof mobile terminal equipment as study carrier, according to a new teaching pattern, thearrangement of content is mainly based on the digital information resources, through thesimulation of social situation,it will enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of thestudents, so that it can better grasp knowledge and skills.Based on studying research work of internal and abroad about micro mobilelearning, It is to understand and grasp the development direction of research on theimplementation of knowledge, in this paper, it mainly studied micro mobile learningin occupation training and distance education, Secondly, it explained the characteristicsof occupation education, at the same time, in this paper, it also explained researchmethod about micro mobile learning. Thirdly, it analyzed the existing problems in theactual operation process. In addition, it studied resources development about micromobile learning which come from four aspects, including theory, technology, economyand operation. Finally, through designing the teaching plan about single chipmicro-computer’ experiment technology principle in Higher Vocational College, itmakes application about the micro mobile learning in teaching process.In this paper, the research is of important theoretical significance and practicalvalue. First, it is to improve students practical skills, vocational education in HigherVocational College should meet the requirements of actual work skills which it cannotbe limited by time and space, At the same time,through use of Multi-Media technology,it is to show more specific operation process, it make students can better understand andgrasp the operation skills. Secondly, it is to help sharing of education resources invocational colleges effective. As everyone knows, it needed a lot of teaching resources,which it can be effectively shared by simple and convenient wireless communications,there teaching resources mainly include school education, home education and socialeducation. Thirdly, it effectively created seamless learning environment for students.Based on vocational college environment, barrier-free learning included four parts, studying the theoretical, studying in the classroom, simulated operation training,searching for internet resources, timely guided through mobile terminal equipment. Ithas been created about the barrier-free learning space environment, it can make studentspassive infusion to active learning, at same time, it will change traditional study mode,therefore, it makes students cannot recall mechanical memory contents, and it makestudents can receive study resources, according to student’s need and interest, it makesthe teaching activities cannot be limited by time and space, in this process, all studentscan be relaxed and happy in learning.
