Study Of School Layout Adjustment In County

In recent years, the school layout adjustment is an important policy of our country education reform and development.To integrate education resource and optimize configuration, since the end of the20th century, school layout adjustment have been launched in a nationwide large-scale. After2012, as the school layout adjustment policy being cool, the country put forward new requirements to the local school layout adjustment, the school layout adjustment policies began to face the corresponding adjustment.Under this background, the thesis treats school layout adjustment of W county, H province, as a case study, combined with the literature, interview and observation methods, analyzing problems caused by and reasons. Then, to optimize the county school layout adjustment policy, relevant safeguard measures and suggestions are put forward.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including selected topic origin and the related literature review and research methods. As the factual description, the second part presents the information of county school layout adjustment through the literature method. With interviews, observation and other methods, the third part points out problems caused by, such as intercollegiate gap has widened, teachers allocate appeared deviation, etc., and reasons are:the simplification of policy plan, resistance and deviation of policy implementation and the mechanism lacking of feedback and coordination. To better promote the county school layout adjustment, the fourth chapter puts forward to paying attention to the following aspects: multiple main body participation, raising the scientific of the policy; reasonable advance, to strengthen the construction of supporting measures;, and promote diversified use of education assets and resources.
