Investigation Of Rural School Layout Adjustment In J County Jiangxi Province

The development of rural education has always been a priority among priorities in the development of education in China, but it’s also a focus and difficulty of the development of school education in China. China adopted the "three level education" system for a long time, namely "the village primary school, junior high school, the County Office of Township High School" pattern of running school, the school running pattern to meet the broad masses of peasants in the admission requirements, implementation of nine year compulsory education, promote the development of rural compulsory education has played a great role. Along with the social economy level of our country is increasing day by day, the pace of urbanization gradually accelerated, rural students reduced, the broad masses of peasants demand for quality education becomes more and more urgent, so the original pattern of rural schools are facing severe challenges.This study selected J County in Jiangxi Province as the research object, by means of field investigation, By analyzing the reasons of the rural school layout adjustment and the process of middle and primary school layout adjustment for ten years in rural J County of Jiangxi Province, as a starting point for research. By interviewing ten teachers of their view of J County Rural to rural middle and primary school layout, in-depth analysis of the impact of the layout adjustment of rural schools has brought to the teachers. In the study, I analyzed the problems in the process of J County Rural Middle and primary school layout and I did some reflections on the J County in rural school.
