With the advance of and practice of "effective teaching" concept, the high school geography teaching has many great changes, more and more geographical educators feel deeply, the high school geography curriculum of "effective teaching" can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm of geography, the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning and creative learning ability. However, when the educational circles all advocate innovation education, inquiry learning, emphasizes on the background, focus on the ability and the scientific method of inquiry to students for the college entrance examination, has affected the pressure of competition in senior class, teachers teaching tasks, because time limit and other factors, the new curriculum reform it is difficult to fully implement the concept in the classroom, teachers teach traditional classroom education centered on knowledge, students passive learning is still popular. How to alleviate the burden on the review of the reference appendix, improve the effectiveness of the review has become an urgent task. Based on the teaching situation in senior three review class text, to "effective teaching "theory and "class" theory as the guide, combined with their own teaching practice experience, a detailed analysis of the college entrance examination proposition of there form of the current problems existing, under the background of geography review class in new course; in the related research on effective teaching and course type of home and abroad, puts forward the basic concept of class types and alternative geography review class type, the class type are subject to the students as the core, to the harmonious development of students for the purpose of teaching organization form; not only reflects the "people-oriented, based on the development of students" education philosophy, in accordance with the ideas of quality education, and explores the concrete operation mode method to realize the effective teaching; at the same time different review stage and the characteristics of the high school geography are described in detail, in the "effective teaching" from the perspective of the review stage, how different based on their respective review target selection of optimal review course and implemented; based on the above research, I conducted a practical research, application, reflection through practice, through the case analysis on several kinds of teaching mode As is demonstrated. The practice proves that the teaching mode conforms to student’s cognition rule, with a certain degree of operability. Through the feedback of teaching practice, review course new implementation and achieved good results.
