The First Graduates Of The National Science Base Development Track Study

In order to strengthen the protection of basic science research and training and teaching personnel for basic scientific research and teaching stable delivery of high-quality basic science talent, from1991to2009, the former State Board of Education and the Ministry of Education has planned way in six batches some colleges and universities in the country to establish a113"national science foundation of scientific research and teaching personnel training base"(referred to as "science base").Covering mathematics, physics, geology, atmospheric science, marine science, astronomy, mechanics, psychology, basic medicine, basic medicine, big science experiment classes15professionals.The first graduates of the science base of direct employment has been working for17years or so, master graduates have spent14years on the job, PhD graduates has worked about11years on the job. The first class of students at once the base is now39years of age or so. The second batch of graduates from the first class science base direct employment, Masters graduate, doctoral graduates were already working on the job for15years,12years,9years of age is currently37years old.The first graduates of the third batch of direct employment class science base, master graduates, doctoral graduates were already working on the job for14years,11years,8years, so the current age of36years old. The fourth installment of the inaugural class science base direct employment of graduates, postgraduates, doctoral graduates were already working on the job for12years, nine years, six years, so the current age of34years.In this paper, the author of the first through the investigation of Lanzhou University graduate student classes science base through research on them and found them growing university study and life experiences, including in particular:the status of national science foundation of scientific research and graduate teaching training base development (academic achievement, professional achievement), the national science base of individual development factors (education, experience, job training, personal effort), and several other aspects of the investigation affected.By tracking the investigation of the first class science base, Lanzhou University graduates, we conclude:to improve the practice of teaching conditions for the realization of the theoretical and practical teaching combine students’creativity and practical ability; build a professional interest in science-based Science Base student Selection mode; research-led teaching model, the reform of teaching methods; established as the leading guide to the mentoring model; strengthen patriotic education, to improve students’science base humanities.
