A Study Of Policy On Promoting Employment Of Lanzhou Jiaotong University Graduates

With the slow pace of economic development in our country,the employment situation is becoming more and more serious.For college students,the employment pressure is also facing rising.As for the employment of college students,the Chinese government has paid great attention,and taken some positive measures,which has achieved certain results.This article mainly aims at the employment promotion policy of LanZhou Jiao Iong University graduates to study and analyze the employment promotion policies of Chinese College graduates.This paper firstly introduced the background and purpose of research,research status,significance and research methodology;And next,the main concepts such as college students,employment promotion policies were summarized;on this basis,LanZhou JiaoTong University graduate employment promotion initiatives were summarized,and the existing problems were analyzed.This paper argues that the main problems in LanZhou JiaoTong University graduates employment promotion are:at the government level,the problem mainly concentrates on the laws and regulations,policy making and policy theory direction;at the school level,it mainly focuses on the inconsistency between market demand and the majors,the school curriculum and employment guidance service mechanism;at the students level;it mainly focuses on the gap between ideal and reality,their own ability and the demanded ability and family expectations and the reality of employment.Based on the study on foreign employment promotion policy for college graduates,this paper argues that,in order to effectively solve the problem of college graduates,China needs to do the following work:for the government,they need to accelerate the improvement of employment assistance policy,improve the execution of existing employment promotion policy and establish early warning mechanism of employment;for the school,they need to reform the traditional education mode,establish employment guidance mechanism and strengthen cooperation between college and enterprise;for students,they need to pay attention to the training in quality of the humanities,to learn professional knowledge,to understand employment knowledge,and to enhance awareness of employment.
