This thesis is proposed to study the situation of the quality concerning tocurriculum monitoring of ordinary senior school based on the basic educationcurriculum reform in order to explore the curriculum monitoring system of ordinarysenior school in our country, consequently improving the quality of the courses as wellas the quality of the ordinary high school students.Based on three-level curriculum management (nationality, local and school), thearticle analyzed the subject, object, standard and method of quality control of thecurriculum monitoring.Then we investigate a few representative senior schools in Heilongjiang provincein order to determine how the course quality control works. Furthermore, according tothree-level curriculum management, we analyze the problems supposed to happen inordinary high school on curriculum quality monitoring.The analysis proves that the problems on curriculum quality monitoring seemsimilar in ordinary high schools in the aspect of both nationality and local schools. Firstof all, the curriculum quality monitoring system in ordinary senior school is notperfectly built. Secondly, there is no independent department in the aspect of curriculumquality monitoring in ordinary high school. Furthermore, there exists only onemonitoring method and not all monitoring objects are included in the model. Then thequality of the person in charge of the monitoring is comparatively low and theresponsibility is not clear enough. Finally, the involvement in curriculum quality controlis not enough.Based on theoretical analysis, combining with actual survey, the thesis proposed animprovement strategy of quality control in ordinary senior school curriculums, built theordinary senior school curriculum quality monitoring system and presented effectivemeasures ensuring the operation of the system.
