Content: With the continuous expanding enrollment of the Chinese Universities, the contradiction between the quantity and quality is more and more obviously. Since the quantity is increasing, in order to ensure the education quality, based on the educational idea of"service as the purpose, ability as the base", we should foster the management talents as the fundamental goal and set up suitable control system for education quality to ensure healthy development. It is the necessary requirement of times'development to set up suitable control system in higher vocational colleges, the control system can improve the education development theoretically and practically. Improvement of teaching quality control monitoring is not only the requirements of higher vocational education, also serves the requirements of the healthy development of vocational colleges.Currently, the ideas about teaching control theoretics are mostly focused on macro-level, and studying based on cybernetics but not paying attention to the detailed problems, so it is far more to satisfy the practice department of education. Paying attention to the practice is the starting point of this article, based on cybernetics and other related theoretics and Hebei vocational college of political sciences and law as the examples, we adopt literature method and investigation method to analyse current situation and present problem of education quality control in vocational colleges, Now, most vocational colleges have established a regular teaching routine inspection system, teaching supervision system, system of leadership lectures at all levels and teaching evaluation, teacher evaluation system, on a certain extent, these systems contribute to improve teaching quality of vocational colleges, but there are still situations that are not satisfying.On the point of controlling main aspects, It is not enough to depend on the administration office. In the evaluation process for teaching quality, students point put that the evaluation result is not comprehensive, not objective and unfair, the treating mechanism is not technical on the evaluation result; In the process of studying evaluation, teachers treat the students' problem on a long cycle period which showing the organization system is not perfect. The examination method for students is not technical and comprehensive, the testing result can not show students'study result, even becoming a so-called format. On the problem of teaching information feedback, the information of students provided is not accurate and can't indicate the true situations. In conclusion, the evaluation standard is not technical.Based on above information, this article is to broaden the monitoring idea and range, emphasize to adopt different control method on specialized subjects and suggest to expand the range of monitoring personnel, then improve the quality evaluation mechanism in vocational colleges, strengthen the teaching control work and perfect the information feedback system.
