Research On The Training Mode Of High-skilled Workers In China

The rapid development of China’s economic and social, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, driving the rapid growth of the high skilled, also put forward the requirements of its quantity, quality and structure. The cultivation and use of the high skilled has become a big subject in today’s society. Especially in the21st century, the shortage of the high skilled has attracted national attention. However, the cultivation of the high skilled in our country still has many problems. The cultivation way is single, schools and enterprises as the two "cradle" of cultivating the high-skilled workers, do not fully play their roles. So the growth of high-skilled talents mainly in the spontaneous state.On the basis of literature research, this study analyzed of the connotation and growth path of high-skilled workers, borrowed ideas from the foreign high-skilled personnel training mode. And on this basis, this paper constructed the theoretical framework of high-skilled personnel training mode in our country. Through practical investigation, this paper showed the implementation process and the characteristics of the high-skilled personnel training mode of LB College, and finally carried on the comprehensive reflection and summary of this training mode, hope to provide reference for the similar colleges personnel training. This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduced the related research status and the definition. The existing research results provided a strong theoretical accumulation for the study of the high-skilled training mode.The second chapter analyzed the connotation characteristics, the intelligent structure and the growth path of the high skilled, as the starting point and end result of construction of the high-skilled training mode. The third chapter introduced the foreign high-skilled training mode, analyzed its reference and inspiration for the construction of the high-skilled training mode in our country. And on this basis, built a theoretical framework for our high-skilled training mode.The fourth chapter introduced the personnel training mode of LB College, and analyzed its implementation process and characteristics, in order to find the growth and culture rule of the high skilled.The fifth chapter summarized the reflections on this high-skilled training mode.
