Rural schools’cultural transformation is an inevitable requirement to promote the further deepening of the integration of urban and rural education,balance urban and rural education, promote the progress of rural education.Which play a positive role in the influencing factors, to avoid adverse effects,is the key to achieve the cultural transformation of rural schools.This article is based on the research background of integration of urban and rural education, collate relevant literature data, and conduct research of part of the village primary school in Tangshan City, Hebei Province,analysis influencing factors of the rural schools’cultural transformation in integration of urban and rural education.The first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research methods,and defining the core concepts.The second part of the study combing the literature review relevant research at home and abroad, and summarize the shortcomings of previous studies.The third part describes the relationship between the integration of urban and rural education and rural school culture,analyzes the direction of the rural schools’ cultural transformation in the integration of urban and rural education, from single to diversify, equivalent to local, borderline to expansibility, exogenous changes to exogenous and endogenous changes combined.The fourth part is the investigation of the influencing factors of rural schools’ cultural transformation. Select four rural schools as a representative study in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, mainly to questionnaires and interviews. Interview subjects were randomly selected one administrators and five teachers in each rural school. The main object survey are teachers in four schools, a total of80questionnaires. Survey results show,1.Allocation of resources, cultural communication, individual and cultural transformation are the four main factor of rural schools and cultural transformation process.2.Different factors affect different levels of cultural transformation of rural schools.3.The same factors has different influence for cultural transformation of different rural schools.The fifth part is the analysis of the survey results,found that in the rural schools, there are superficial understanding in cultural transformation of rural schools and the unblance of various factors affecting degree,unblance of resources,marginalization in cultural communication, uncertain individual management, and cultural development tend to city.The sixth part propose measures:first,increase the material and cultural resources investment,promote cultural communication between urban and rural areas,changing cultural environment in rural areas;second,change cultural conflict to identity, promote cultural exchange and communication harmony;third,pay attention to the individual,especially encourage self-development of rural teachers;fourth,integration of multicultural,develop distinctive school culture,then promote the development of school-based curriculum.
