Construction Of Lifelong Education Credit Bank In Fujian Province

Credit bank construction is the new platform of building a lifelong learning society, and it is a new path of lifelong education system in a new era.The construction of the Credit Bank of lifelong education is a new subject in the new century,it requires a systematic theoretical guidance.The principles of lifelong education prevails, and the construction of lifelong learning society is actively,in this background,Fujian province has become the first mainland provinces introduction of lifelong education laws and regulations in Chinese, and Fujian province made a lot of effort for the development of lifelong education.lt is actively preparing for the construction of credit bank by introduction of policies.However, the lack of theoretical study and practical research what makes its development disjointed phenomenon exists,so it is necessary to study this issue.In this paper,we are combined with the theoretical results of pedagogy, management, economics and many other disciplines,and use the literature analysis and comparative study methods,and we are based on the current research and practical experience at home and abroad, and on the base of lifelong education development status of Fujian Province,and by combining the characteristics of educational, economic and social development in Fujian Province,then, we researches and constructs the scheme of lifelong education credit bank about Fujian province, to propose a viable credit bank system, and establish the appropriate safeguards to enhance the relevance and feasibility of the system.This is a practical innovation for lifelong credit bank building for regional,which is the significance of this study.This article elaborates the concrete from the following five parts:The first part:it analysis the research status both at home and abroad,and it expounds the construction credits bank study of fujian province.The theoretical basis of Education(lifelong education thought, education equity theory, independent learning theory), the theory basis of management (the management thought).And puts forward the innovation of this study:Through analysis and research the system of lifelong education credit bank construction about Fujian Province, then puts forward a feasible credit bank system.The second part:It interprets the concepts of lifelong education credit bank,and the function mechanism and characteristics of credit bank, and the meaning of constructing lifelong education.The third part:It mainly elaborated the analysis of domestic and international credit bank experience,including the practice of South Korea, Europe and other foreign credit bank, and inspiration of establishing credit bank in our province.Then it also introduces the practice experience and enlightenment of domestic Shanghai, Beijing, Cixi and so on.The fourth part:It mainly analysis the lifelong education in Fujian province,including the status of the lifelong education(acquired results and existing problems)and the necessity analysis and feasibility of Fujian province to establish the Credit Bank of lifelong education.The fifth part:We design a scheme of lifelong education credit bank in Fujian Province based on the existing problem.Including the management system,the quality guarantee system and the credit bank system,them provide more powerful support for the development of lifelong education in Fujian province.
