Classroom teaching is the core part of the whole schooleducation and the main battlefield. but also promote the growth of students.So,it is an important guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality talents. However,China’s current classroom management in the vocational school has many problems, such as too many bad behavior of secondary vocational school students in the classroom, teachers of secondary vocational school is partial younger, lacking of abilities of teaching practice, scientific classroom management ideas and concepts, and related professional guidance and training. Therefore, to create an orderly and efficient classroom management, and realize the sustainable development of occupationeducation, the current secondary vocational school faceing a lot of difficulties.Research on classroom management and management strategy has become a hot research topic, but the research object in this field mainly focus on the ordinary primary and secondary students, study on secondary occupation colleges is very lack. The main contents of the study focused on the students’ bad classroom behavior description and explanation, and the study of teachers’ management idea, management skills and other factors is superficial.This paper intends to Changsha financial occupation technical secondary school as the main research object,analysing the present situation and factors of classroom management in secondary vocational schools. This study assumes that the teacher management idea and abiliay,vocational students’ particularity,social environment influence on classroom management,and designs questionnaire on classroom management, carrying out empirical study. At the same time, through the observation method, interview method, and literature analysis method, this paper proposes the implementation strategy of effective classroom management.Conclusions of this research are as following:The educational ideas and management skills of teacher, the quality of teaching,and the relationship between teachers and students are the premise and basis of effective classroom management;Professional guidance and training is the guarantee of effective classroom management; Specialized offerings in secondary vocational school, family education, and social environment are important factors to affect the effect of classroom management.Through the factor analysis and the conclusion,we found that the current secondary vocational school teachers’management ability needs to improve, to meet the needs of sustainable and healthy development of secondary vocational education. Based on the previous research, and particularity of secondary school teachers and students,this paper try to put forward the important influence factors of classroommanagement, hoping to provide some reference for the practice of classroom management in vocational school.
