Scientific and effective classroom management has great significance in secondary vocational school. It can not only improve the teaching quality,promote the development of the students, but also promote to foster technical talents with high quality. The development of the vocational school demands the teachers to have good ability to manage classroom, but the teachers have a lot of difficulties in their work. he secondary vocational students have a lot of classroom misbehaviors. The vocational teachers can not obtain enough training and guidance in classroom management. The teachers pay more attention to keep the classroom order and classroom discipline and to keep the teachers' authoity, but neglect the students'psycological requirements, their motivation of study ,their emotion in the classroom.The study has probed into the reasons that resulting in the difficulties and found effective method to solve the classroom management problems, basing on relevant information from home and abroad, careful investigation on vocational schools,the teachers and the students. The teachers can stimulate the students'motivation of study or satisfy the students'psychological requirements in the classroom etc, to improve the classroom management .The school should adjust the majors and curricula to solve the problems and improve the teachers'classroom management capabilities.
