| The country's vigorous development of vocational education has brought a vigorous development trend for the development of secondary vocational education.In recent years,the quality of secondary school students has greatly improved compared with before,but the phenomenon of mathematics students with learning difficulties is also prominent.The author designed a questionnaire to investigate the students of finance and economics majors in Wuhan First Business School,and analyzed the difficulties and causes of mathematics students.It is found that students with poor vocational education face their own poor mathematics foundation,students lack interest in learning,and their inferiority and inferiority are serious.The school teaching philosophy and teaching methods are not in line with the characteristics of students.The reasons for the dilemma are divided into the following three aspects:1.Individual factors of students.The first is that the interest in learning is thin,the motivation for learning is not high,and the will is weak,the fear is severe,the lack of correct learning methods and good study habits,and the lack of successful learning experience.2.Environmental factors.Including the impact of exam-oriented education,the school's faculty is not protected and parents' education methods are inappropriate.3.Educational factors.Teachers lack a correct understanding of students,lack of humanistic care and emotional communication,and do not create correct mathematical values.In the face of the current situation of mathematics students in secondary vocational schools,the author proposes countermeasures against the non-intellectual factors from four aspects:1.Reforming the teaching concept and improving the teaching level of teachers;2.Paying attention to the emotional factors of secondary vocational students to help students build confidence;3.Stimulate students' motivation and interest in learning;4.New teaching concepts and teaching methods support teaching.'... |
