From individual education in primitive agricultural society to education reform and innovation infiltrated by the Internet during three industrial revolutions,the empowerment of technology to education leads the transition of education field in the information age.Education informatization is steadily contributing to the realization of education modernization at an ideal speed.Educational virtual communities,as one of the typical representatives of the development of higher online learning,are no exception.But whether traditional education or modern education,the object of education is always consistent,that is "human",which is collectively referred to as "learner" with the characteristics of unsettled psychology.Educational virtual community learners are the direct target of educational virtual community.Many actions of learners in the community will directly affect the progress of community activities and the learning efficiency of learners in the community.Educational virtual community ethics is the principle of human ethics in educational virtual community.Educational virtual community activities are the starting point of human ethics interaction for learners.It is necessary for us to make a principled ethical regulation on learners' behavior in educational virtual community.Therefore,based on the research foundation of the ethical norms of the educational virtual community,and in order to deeply target the relevant ethical demands of the study of learners in the community and the development of the educational virtual community,this paper focuses on discussing the ethical norms of learners in the educational virtual community and their implications,analyzing the guiding mechanism of ethical norms to the behavior of community learners,and constructing the ethical norms of learners in the educational virtual community.Accurate interpretation of learners' ethical norms has a positive effect on the community not forgetting the original intention,not violating the original intention,not losing the sincerity.The research is based on the undergraduate course learning platform of the school of mass media in Qufu Normal University — "Learning Science and Technology" education virtual community based on the undergraduate course learning platform of the school of mass media,together with the years of accumulated experience of learning,guidance,management and research in the virtual community during my undergraduate and postgraduate period.It provides clear ideas and operational feasibility for the study of learners' ethical norms.On the basis of consulting,interviewing and investigating deeply with many network learning platforms,community organizers,learners and other experts and scholars,this paper draws up questionnaires related to this study,and constructs learners' ethical norms in educational virtual community based on empirical analysis conclusions,using literature research,questionnairesurvey,empirical analysis,systematic research and other methods.In order to ensure the ethical implication of learners' ethical norms to community learners,the effect of learners' following ethical norms is tested empirically.The specific research process is as follows:Firstly,clarify the background and significance of the research topic,comb the history of relevant academic thoughts at home and abroad and expound the research content,ideas and methods;secondly,distinguish the difference between these key related concepts in this study,including "community","education virtual community","ethics","education virtual community ethics","education virtual community ethics norms" and "education virtual community learner ethics norms".Thirdly,follow the spirit of Confucian moral cultivation,educational virtual community ecological communication,bentham utilitarianism,Aristotle virtue ethics,Kant obligation ethics and other relevant theories and combine relevant standardization principles so as to make the questionnaire transparent from design,revision,implementation,distribution,recovery and analysis,and to analyze the ethical standard data of learners in the educational virtual community with various empirical methods.At the same time,construct the ethical norms of the learners in the educational virtual community,empirically tests the role of the ethical norms of the learners in the educational virtual community,and clarify the implication of the role of the ethical norms from the three levels: community subject,culture and development.Finally,summarize the research from content,methods and conclusions,understand the innovation points and shortcomings,and then achieve an effective prospect.
