Studies On Concerted Development Between Rural Secondary Vocational Education With Rural Economic And Society

China is a large agricultural state with huge population, and populations of farmers are majority in our nation. China depends on agriculture as foundation of national economy. The condition of agricultural development will come into being great influence to scale and speed of national economy development. As the subject of go in for agricultural work, the quality of farmers has direct relation to the course of agricultural reform and development. So the problems about agriculture, countryside and farmer are the basic one.Vocational education has dual attribute and individual and special characters. Because of that, any other educational types can’t substitute vocational education. They stipulate its special function promoting economy.It is impersonal demands in the times to study on concerted development between rural secondary vocational education with rural economic and society, is demands of construction of richness society and rural modernization, is demands of meeting the challenge after entering WTO, is inevitable demands of promoting new socialistic countryside.The studies based on background of development of rural secondary vocational education and rural economic and society, and recalled the course of them from 1949 to now and estimated the condition of their harmony. The five special unharmonious circumstances were given in the paper. Some factors of effecting the concerted development were given, and summed up external, internal and individual one. And the paper pointed out the development of rural secondary vocational education must meet the new needs of development of rural economy and society.Some research methods for grey system were adopted such as grey analyzing, grey modeling and grey prediction. The grey correlation degrees of the influence factors and grey model were calculated, and the paper got the estimated enrolment of rural vocational schools in the coming five years.Based on the summarized and generalized successful practice and experience, the paper formulated the countermeasures of concerted development between rural secondary vocational education with rural economic and society.
