The Study On The Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensive Utilization

Land is the bearer of urban development, and land use planning essentially is the guide of utilizing urban land. Since the adoption of the open and reform, various construction land is expanded rapidly and extensively utilized because the urbanization process of our country currently enters into a stepped-up development period. Our country is with a vast territory but short of useable land resource. And at the same time, the mode of economic increase of our country faces the fundamental transition from extensive economy to the intensivism economy. So no matter from the point of view of protecting land resource,city development and rational distribution of urban land, or in terms of optimization of the economic growth mode, the thesis of urban land intensified utilization all seems very important.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of intensive utilization of urban land from domestic and foreign, the definition of connotation about urban land intensified utilization is put forward; from the point of view with ecology, economy and society considered synthetically, the goal, principle and content of integrated evaluation of urban land intensified utilization are also put forward; with the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods and combination of theoretical exploration and empirical studies, the modes of intensive utilization of urban are investigated, the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation models of intensive utilization of urban land are build from macro, meso and micro level. YanTan district of ZiGong city, SiChuan province is taken as the empirical research, along with the overall city planning of YanTan district of ZiGong city, the current situation of land use of YanTan is analyzed by multi-objective evaluation model. The following conclusions are obtained through the evaluation and analysis:the land use of YanTan is in the state of appropriate use, changing into intensive use; the reasons are mainly due to the irrational land structure and low level of land utilization and input:propose countermeasures about how to increase the land intensive use are proposed; test the accuracy of the theoretical frameworkthe and credibility of the evaluation model.
