Affordable Housing Management System

With the development of the affordable housing system from1998, a part of thehousing problems of low-income families have been solved and the socialcontradictions have been eased. However, the problems exposed meanwhile along withthe development of the social economics. The study is concerned about the policy ofaffordable housing, and then it takes contrast with China and Singapore. The thesislaunches a lot of empirical research for the city of Shanghai, and discusses theachievements and problems of affording housing in our country. Finally it gets thecorresponding optimization suggestions.
