Modern enterprise management is facing all kinds of problems. Outsideof the enterprise, market environment is full of complexity and diversity,competition between enterprises becomes harder, individual enterprisehas been unable to survive independently, without the cooperation ofsuppliers and customers, etc. It becomes inevitable to win-win cooperatewith increasing number of suppliers and increasingly difficult in supplychain management; Inside of the enterprise, employees strategicconsciousness is weak, and human resources are wasted; Internalinstitutions are various, education culture level is irregular, causinginternal orders difficult to manage; Business process is complex, processmanagement level needs to optimize; Resources mastered by Enterprise arelimited, internal accumulated knowledge cannot be effectively allocated.According to the modern enterprise management problems, synergy theoryappeared and becomes an effective method. Synergy theory is also calledthe collaborative theory which is to study different things and coordinatemechanism with common characteristics; Synergy theory obtains to developand is widely applied in the past dozens of years to science, technology,social and economic fields, at the same time it provides a new modernscientific management perspective. However, there are three questions atpresent: Partial research of synergy is more comprehensive research istoo little; Evaluation of corporate synergy is rare, and comprehensiveevaluation is vacancy; Empirical study aboard is a lot, but domestic studystarts too late and lack collaborative research and practical application.As Robert Kaplan said,"if you can’t describe, then you can’t measure,if you can’t measure, then you can’t manage."This paper applies to the direction of research, based on manyresearches at present of enterprise synergy of academic, combiningempirical research and practical research, paying attention to the combination of induction and deduction, quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis, summarizing the current combination of recenttheory researches in all aspects of corporate synergy, based on thecontent degree evaluation system in collaborative design, make corporatesynergy which is complex and fuzzy concept more stretching; Summarizingcorporate synergy involving four items-enterprise strategic,organization structure, business activities, and enterprise cultural,and further analyzing twelve secondary items; Scientifically selectspecific indicators for evaluation of corporate synergy, providing morespecific knowledge for improving enterprise organization and specificmethods of corporate synergy degree; by designing, combine the indexsystem of Hisense appliances which is a manufacturing enterprise withpractice research and practical investigation, questionnaires, datacollection, and so many kinds of empirical research method. This papermakes the research analysis, evaluation system design and conclusion baseon more incredible analysis. Through the practice of the evaluation indexsystem, some suggestions are given: strengthening the cultivation ofstrategic consciousness to employees, facilitate employee on enterprisestrategy, understanding and grasping the employee survey enterprisestrategic target, meet the development needs of staff; pay attention tocorporate sales expenses supervision and control, perfect the internalcontrol system, reduce sales, cost of sales Timely and appropriatelyhandled enterprise internal contradiction and conflict between, tostrengthen enterprise management personnel and subordinate ofcommunication between and strengthening human resources in the enterprisepersonnel exchanges, training the investment trust and cooperation workenvironment.
