How to effectively arrange multi variety and s mall batch production has becam e a new topic for the automotive industry.This production m ode can not only help vehicle m anufacturers and parts suppliers to save m oney, inventory storage space, reduce the m anufacturing cost of the vehicle, also can avoid the vehicl e manufacturers and suppliers m aking wrong investment decision. Applied for the ideas of APQP, FMEA, SPC, Defined the Quality m anagement optimized Scheme on the prem ise that Prevention regarding to project quality m anagement, 2nd tier supplier Quality management mechanism, and Process capacity improvement to meet the needs of JIT project Launch. Also defined im plementation security plans and m easures to ensure the optimized scheme can be implem ented effectively, to m eet the quality requirements of JIT delivery projects. It plays a certain reference for enterp rises which devote in quality m anagement improvement, develop new JIT business, and domestic Auto suppliers which in progress of optimization quality management for JIT supply project.
