Study On The Mode Of Intensive Land Use Of Small Towns In Northern Shaanxi Province

Less people and scarcity of land resources are basic national conditions in China.Therefore construction of intensive land use of small towns, and strive to improve landutilization. In the construction of small cities and towns in northern Shaanxi small townsoccupy more land area per capita is an objective fact, and at the same time there was aland wasted. So solve the extensive traditional land-use patterns in northern Shaanxi canbrook no delay.This paper on the concept and connotation of intensive land use and discussion ofrelevant theory, analyze the current five modes of land use of small towns, and on thisbasis to propose a suitable mode of intensive land use of small towns in northern Shaanxi.Part I on the background and significance, both at home and abroad intensive land use ofsmall towns, acting, thinking and methods, as well as innovation points elaborated; PartII describes the location theory, theory, land rent premium increasing decline law theoryand theory of ecological economics, sustainable development and other intensive landuse theory; Part III summarizes the current land use of small towns more successful fivemodes: mode of Wenzhou mode and the Pearl River Delta, development zone Shuangy-ang in the Middle model, pattern and construction mode of small cities and towns in theWest, and the five modes were brief comments; On the basis of the fourth part, this partanalyses explored the patterns of intensive land use of small towns in northern Shaanximade the small town of plane-section and three-dimensional land intensive utilizationpatterns; Part v on the design of the model of intensive land use of small towns in north-ern Shaanxi, the ecological modernization model that intensive land use of small townsin protecting ecological environment on the basis of the combination of intensive utiliza-tion of land intensive utilization of planes and stereo mode. Finally from the perspectiveof concepts, systems and models of three recommendations to implement the model ofsupportive policies, in a bid to provide follow-up research of urban land saving and in-tensive use with reference.The economical use of land resources in this article as a starting point, came to thefollowing conclusions： 1．Land saving and intensive use of small cities and towns is a systemic problem,should be integrated use of multidisciplinary analysis. To break through the traditionalmethod of single subject research, integrated science, ecology, economics, geography,planning, development of environmental science subjects such as science, managementscience, urban studies, building land saving and intensive use of science to promote landsaving and intensive use.2．This study attempts to build a complete pattern of land saving and intensive useof small town, and this paper analyses the influence of intensive land use of small townsin China-related constraints, which concluded that settlement and intensive land use ofsmall towns in northern Shaanxi, proceeding from China’s national conditions, buildingnew sound suitable for intensive land use patterns in small towns in northern Shaanxi, toachieve synchronization and harmonization of own construction in northern Shaanxi andthe construction of natural, ease the contradiction between people and land in northernShaanxi has a significant role. Made suitable mode for ecological modernization patternof intensive land use of small towns in northern Shaanxi Province, that is, protection ofthe ecological environment on the basis of intensive utilization of land intensive utiliza-tion of planes and stereo combination mode, from concepts, systems and models andcountermeasures of implementing the model on three aspects.
