The main purpose of this paper is to study the human resources development strategyof the KaiLuan Coal Company (referred to as the Coal Industry Company). The Humanresources development strategy is the enterprise survival and development needs of humanresource development. It is a long-term human resources management professionalplanning and strategy. The purpose is to improve the overall quality of staff, found, trainand retain talent. In today’s economic globalization and the increasingly competitivemarket environment, talent is an important resource. Human resources strategy stays at thecore position of corporate strategy. It is the key where the companies to complete thestrategic objectives and gain a competitive advantage. Coal Company in order to occupy adominant position in the fierce competition market, you must examine the human resourcedevelopment strategy. For the Characteristics of topics, this thesis uses a combination ofresearch methods. That is a daily research method, literature, qualitative and quantitativeanalysis, and SWOT analysis.Firstly, this article analyzes the development status of human resources at home andabroad. It describes the basic theory of the relation to human resources strategy deeply.The theory provides a theoretical basis for the development of human resourcesdevelopment strategy in Coal Company.Secondly, it discovered that the existence of the problem of the Human Resourcesmanagement through analysis of the KaiLuan Coal Company’s human resources strategicenvironment. This paper analyzes the advantages, the weaknesses, the opportunities andchallenges of the implementation of the human resources development strategy. Contraryto guiding ideology for the status of corporate human resources, this article locates itsstrategic development objectives and formulates the human resources developmentstrategy of the KaiLuan Coal Company.In the end, this paper Proposed schemes about optimizing the organizational structure,innovating management and control model, developing human resources training anddevelopment, and improving personnel selection, performance evaluation, compensation management, and corporate culture building. It lays a solid foundation for theimplementation of the human resources development strategy for the Coal IndustryCompany.
