The gap betweentechnology and economic is persists, the allocation of technology resources is still unreasonable.Most of the existing research give suggestions for improvement from a macro point of view, but,if we cant grasp of the cooperative process systematily and comprehensily, can’t clear the role ofall parties, Without insight into the constraints and promote relations between the partners, anddoes not consider the effect of environmental factors on research cooperation, do not understandthe production and research of the operation mechanism of cooperation, it is difficult to parsethrough Cooperative fundamentally, it is difficult to corresponding improvementrecommendations to the operational level.In recent years, scholars have begun to transplantate basic principles and laws of thecommunity ecology into the research field, theoretical studies have also proved that Cooperativeinnovation followedthe general principles and laws of the community ecology, and also has thegeneral characteristics of the community ecology.Through the study of current situation ofcooperation research and ecological communities study in the field of management andinnovation, This paper presents the feasibility and necessity of application of ecologicalcommunities, analysis the process from four angles: the structure of the research, theenvironment for cooperation, cooperation in the principal and the principal of the researchcooperation, Cooperation main and Cooperative relationship between the main.Furthermore,carding the research cooperation relationship from the five areas,Established researchcooperation diagram，combined the research cooperation and it’s community characteristics，Build a framework for the research innovative community based on the theory of ecologicalcommunities.This paper argues that the smooth progress of the research cooperation need tohandle two relationships, First, the members of the relationship, including the following threeaspects: the source of power, the choice of partners, members of mutual trust. First，we analysisthe cooperation power from the five aspects, in order to be able to better understanding ofcooperation opportunities.Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of the complexity of theselection method for research cooperation partner selection, the paper argues that the choice of research partners is a multi-objective decision-making problems, and proposed selection methodbased on entropy weight.Finally, it analyzes the influencing factors of mutual trust between theresearch and research partners, analyze the trust of the members of the cooperative selectionprocess with Application of game theory，And proposed how to change the research cooperationtrust.Second, the relationship between the distribution of benefits, specifically including twopoints: First, the distribution ratio, the second is to ensure that the effort level of partners.
