The staffs’ recruitment is the most basic and important function of humanresource management and it also plays an important role in the development processof enterprises. Thus, it is significant for enterprises to analyze, identify and solve theproblems that exist in the recruitment process.First, introducing the brief summary of the research background, purpose andmeaning of the paper. Secondly, based the recruiting work of GS Jewelry TianjinCorporation, on the basis of analyzing the principles and theories of recruitment,analyze the recruiting process and find out the important problems then propose thesolutions for it.I designed the recruitment flow for GS Jewelry Tianjin Corporation. To clarifythe duties of the various departments of the company in the recruitment processthrough the design of the recruitment process, and strengthen mutual communicationand support between departments, promote and gradually standardize the company’soverall human resources make contributions to achievement of company’s strategicdevelopment goals.Enterprises tend to ignore the importance of the recruitment management inhuman resources management,Only they truly realize the importance of recruitmentand focus on seemingly ordinary, simple but very important basic work. They canensure the quality of the selection of personnel and finally through the talents andknowledge to get our own competitiveness.The starting point for this paper is to solve recruiting management deficiencies ofGS Jewelry Corporation, and this research aims to improve the efficiency of therecruitment, and to improve the inadequacies of recruitment activities, therefo re thispaper give more emphasis on the right remedy and The theoretical discourseinevitably involved not deep enough, and need to be further refined in future work andempirical. The paper also provided recruitment experience of GS Jewelry TianjinCorporation, which can be used as reference as hoped.
