With the development of economy and the advent of information age in ourcountry, household goods industry had an unprecedented development in the past fewyears. But at the same time, it also took some problems. The development ofTupperware(China) faces grim tests: slowing economic growth, market becomingsaturation, strong competition, serious product homogeneity and the change ofconsumer demand. Based on this, the study through the analysis of internal and externalenvironment and value chain, explore the way of enterprise development in the future,aimed at enhance core competitive power and strengthen profitability of the company,make it sustainable development. And hope the study is useful for other enterprises inthe same industry and also the franchising enterprises.This paper takes Tupperware(China) Company Limited as research subject.Based on strategic management theories, from the perspective of the businesssimulation and value chain and adopts the tools of Porter’s five forces model, IFEmatrix analysis, value chain and SWOT analysis. In the way that clear enterprise’sexisting problems, analysis of internal and external environment, choices of companystrategy, safeguard measures of strategy implementation, to give the strategic goal, thebasic principles, specific approaches and safeguard measures of strategyimplementation in future development.Through analysis and researches, the paper clear the developmental strategies ofTupperware(China) in the future: takes the relevant diversification strategy as overallstrategy and uses the differentiated strategy as competitive strategy. Tupperware(China)should make full use of these advantages: extensive marketing network, abundantmember resources and unique marketing methods, focus on building the ability of R&Dand customer service, make them as the core competitive power of company. Changethe discrete transaction mode of products buying and selling in the past into thecontinual transaction mode of sustaining service, make the transition that from aproducts supplier to a service supplier gradually. And the paper also gives a number ofmeasures to insure the effectively actualize of the strategy, such as adjust the valuechain, rebuild the core competitive power, redeploy the company’s resource, establishnew policies to support the strategy, use six sigma quality management system and build an appropriate corporate culture.
