Currently business model study becomes management frontier and a hot concern around world. Business model innovation is attracting unprecedented attention in global business circles and has become the driving engine to enhance business core competitiveness, achieve high growth, sustained profitability, and change competition.This article set Tupperware (China) Co., Ltd. as the research object based on business model and innovation theory. To propose the principle of Tupperware (China) business model innovation, goals, innovative content and implementation strategies, the study was started from main elements and innovative approach of the business model perspective combining theory with practical data. In accordance with the development of the company’s existing business model-problem facing internal/external environmental analysis-Business Model Innovation design-implementing technology roadmap of business model innovation. The article offers a design proposal of Tupperware (China) business model innovation by research. To establish a three-dimensional business system, online sales channels and homemaker training center are employed based on existing franchises. Redesign of the profit model, service repositioning and products re-pricing could bring enterprise a uncopied competitive advantage. Re-allocation of corporate resources, adjustment of value chain, remodeling of enterprise core competitiveness shall bring enterprises back to the rapid expansion of low-risk and high-growth development. Meanwhile, three approach are proposed to achieve Tupperware (China) Company Business Model Innovation:Establish online sales channel with outsourcing model to improve marketing efficiency; Establish Tupperware homemaker training Center" by distributors to promote the unique training marketing services model; Integrating resources to improve the profit of existing franchises, and increase the number and viability of intities shop.This study is expected to provide the beneficial reference to break through the bottleneck of enterprise expansion, to achieve sustained growth and restructuring the core competitiveness.
