Dynamic Study Of Chinese Rural Poverty Based On Chns

In China, rural poverty problem has been an important subject of anti-poverty movement. Considering poverty groups of relieving from poverty and returning into poverty, this paper classified the poverty group comparative study, more conducive to find out the trend of poverty and influence factors. Introducing the anonymity circumstances poverty change, combined with income liquidity, can be more accurate expression of rural practical poor measure.About dynamic study of Chinese rural poverty, based on the eight survey data of CHNS, this paper studies the rural poverty by poverty headcount ratio and the squared poverty gap index. This paper gives a decomposition formula which turns the poverty change into three parts: long term poverty, relieving from poverty and returning into poverty. The empirical results are:(1) Although poverty headcount ratio of long term is decreasing, the squared poverty gap index is a little increasing.(2) Relieving from poverty is the main cause of poverty decrease, and returning into poverty is the main reason poverty increases.(3)Compare anonymity GIC with non-anonymity GIC, the growth rate of the low income class is underestimated and the actual poverty is overestimated.According to the growth and distribution of decomposition model, use FGT poverty index proof the form of China’s pro-poor growth in empirical analysis, and from anonymous poverty group, the anonymous base period poverty population and chronic poverty group three aspects the poverty change decomposition for growth effect and distribution effect. The empirical results show that, although in general poverty levels declined, economic growth is pro-poor, but the recent growth effect of degree in slow, distribution effect in a certain extent offset growth effect of the trend, and anonymous and non anonymous two cases distribution effect instead; For the long term poor more and more poverty, the income gap between the reaction force is increasing.Therefore, we should promote economic growth at the same time increase the regulating of income distribution, more concerned about the chronic poverty population, and actively promote impoverished family out of poverty and prevent the occurrence of poverty, increasing the income of low-income group upward flow.
