With the investment of project raise fast, the number of project increase fast, and project management is become more and more complex. Furthermore, government increase the strength of supervision, so the communication operator must promote the project management system, helping company raise the efficiency of management.In this paper, we first introduce the main function of the XX communication operator’s project management system, and the benefit for manager to control the project. Secondly, base on the analysis of the environment of company, and the experience of management by myself, sum up the weakness of the project management system. Afterwards, use the theory of management, propose some advance for this project management system, and discuss the potential benefit for manager to manage the project.
