Under the background of current rising labor costs, raw material prices, RMB appreciation, international trade competition severity, optimizing the development environment of logistics is not only the important guarantee of the development of international trade, but also the strategic action to improve the regional competitiveness.At present, the foreign trade logistics theoretical research of domestic and foreign scholars is still in the primary stage, and, and the research on the foreign trade logistics development strategy research is not sufficient, especially short of studying inland trade logistics development strategy and countermeasure from the government, industry and market coordination perspective. This thesis analyzed Huaian foreign trade logistics market supply and demand characteristics, development strategy and tactics according to the reality situations of Huaian foreign trade from the perspective of administrative management, and its purpose is to optimize the logistics development of Huaian foreign trade environment, reduce logistics cost, in order to achieve the Huaian extroversion economy to develop quickly and continuously.
