Study On The Strategic Alliance On The Imped Of China’s Traditional Manufacturing Industry Structure Optimization

China is a big country in manufacturing, the manufacturing industry has beenthe main body of our country industry, traditional manufacturing industry is still inthe manufacturing industry of our country has larger proportion. The traditionalmanufacturing industry after nearly thirty years of rapid development, has madebrilliant achievements, even in the world also has a certain influence. But along withthe our country labor force cost rise, resource depletion, conspicuous environmentalproblems, the traditional manufacturing industry has been hard to maintainsustainable development. Experienced a financial crisis and economic recession, thetraditional manufacturing industry in a large number of enterprises closed down,seriously affected the healthy development of Chinas economy. To solve this problem,ten years ago, some scholars put forward our traditional manufacturing industry andeven the whole manufacturing industry need to optimize the industrial structure, canbe sustained and healthy development. However, at present, Chinas traditionalmanufacturing industrial structure is still not satisfactory progress, and in the processof optimization also appears all sorts of difficulties, so that the optimization processis unusually slow. Investigate its reason, the author considers that the industrialstructure optimization methods are mostly adopted macro policies, such as thegovernments industrial policy. But the policy is often associated with the laws of themarket does not match, so it is difficult to solve the fundamental problem. The idea presented in this paper is from microcosmic proceed with, in full awareness of thelaws of the market on the basis of traditional manufacturing industry, promote theenterprise to compete, the first enterprise bigger and stronger, and promote theindustrial development and the change of industrial structure. In addition, manyscholars in the study pointed out that we should promote the innovation ability ofthe enterprise, but how to promote, but no practical method. The authors note, therise in recent years, strategic alliance is to promote enterprise innovation ability andto improve the industry competition is a kind of effective method. Based on theabove ideas, this paper industry economics about the optimization of the industrialstructure and strategic alliance and other relevant theory, on the use of strategicalliances the methods to promote the traditional manufacturing industry in China sindustrial structure optimization are studied and discussed.This paper first reviewsthe domestic and foreign scholars for the strategic alliance and the industrialstructure optimization and related research, defines the strategic alliance and theoptimization of industrial structure the basic concept; secondly to present ourtraditional manufacturing industrial structure and related problems were analyzed inthe light of these problems, demonstrates the strategic alliance for the optimizationof industrial structure effect, as well as the influence from microscopic tomacroscopic conduction mechanism; then the article on Chinas traditionalmanufacturing industry strategic alliance has carried on the empirical analysis, mainlyusing the data envelopment analysis method, comparison between industries andground interval on whether or not the strategic alliance, industry and enterpriseefficiency differences, so that to improve the industry strategic alliance performancecontribution as well as on the optimization of the industrial structure promotion;finally the paper concludes. The paper concludes that, establishing strategic allianceis to adjust the industrial structure an effective means of the market, than theprevious administrative means more accord with market rule. Strategic alliance canstrengthen the enterprise a deeper level competition, in the competition to improvethe innovation ability of the enterprise and industry concentration, improve thetraditional manufacturing industry chain, to achieve the traditional manufacturingindustry industrial structure optimization of final destination.
