This article uses the Land Price Dynamic Monitoring、Urban grading andevaluation、As well as socio-economic data of Baotou from2008-2012, Withspss, DPS statistical analysis software,mapinfor7.5software, Analysis ofurban land price dynamic monitoring changes of time and space withCorrelation analysis, principal component regression model and grayprediction model to Commercial, residential and industrial land.The following are the results:①Various types urban land prices are generally in a steady upward trend②For commercial land, There are little difference between the selectedindicators of commercial land; For residential land, The greatest impactindicator is per capita green area, followed by city popularization rate withgas, and the resident population end of the year,the least impact indicators areresidential building area of sales and total hospital beds in a year, Industrialadded value, the total investment in fixed assets, and local revenues werepositively correlated with industrial land prices, The impact of these factorson industrial land prices almost the same.③Predicting the future of commercial, residential and industrial landprices in the next two years were as follows:1576(¥/m~2)、1700(¥/m~2);1024(¥/m~2)、1090(¥/m~2);324(¥/m~2)、330(¥/m~2)。④The land pricespatial variation are as follows:For commercial land, Land level of urban fringe areas is lower than the otherplace, Land level is rise at the surrounding land of Jianhua Road and JiansheRoad,the South of National Road110,Binhai New Area,For residentialland,Similar to the commercial land. For Industrial land, Area of the controlis gradually increased, The area of land level rising is roughly in thesurrounding area of the city north or northwest of the city.⑤The significant factors of the spatial variations to land price is: The flourishing degree of the Commercial and services, urban planning, Location.⑥Predicting land level is rising at those place:The west Minzu EastRoad,The East Minzu west Road, the south of wulan Road, the north ofshaoxian road, On both sides of Shifu West Road and Shifu East Road.The purpose of this study is to be able to achieve further strengthenmacro-control of land markets and the management of urban land-usestructure, as well as in promoting the city healthy and stable development toprovide a scientific basis.
