The final study results found that "customer complaint " is not very obvious in the policy, and finally established suitable model for the actual situation of Jiangsu agricultural subsidy and found several key factors that impact on people for the existing policy evaluation.In view of the above macroscopic and microscopic analysis, the paper finally puts forward the conclusion and some policy suggestions.
