The Research On Employmente Of Rural Youth Labor Transfer In Jiangsu Province

To promote the transfer of the rural labor into the factory and service industry is not only the important means to solve the three rural issues and to realize industrialization and modernization, but also the necessary constitutes of modernization for a country. Meanwhile the youth is the basis of rural labor. Based on the issues of rural youth labor transfer, the paper unifies the correlative development economics theory to analysis the employment of rural youth labor transfer in Jiangsu Province. In the research, the author starts with the basic theory of rural labor transfer and introduces the relationship between the population mobility and the economic development and the large contribution by the rural labor transfer on the new socialist countryside reconstruction. The next chapter discusses the real significance of promoting the rural labor transfer in Jiangsu from all these aspects such as carrying on Scientific Outlook on Development and "two priorities", changing the structure of urban and rural, balancing the development between urban and rural, promoting regional mutual development, shortening the difference between the north and the south and so on. After dealing with the basic character having by the rural youth labor, the paper analyzes the constraints influences from the conception, technology, marketing and service four aspects. Finally the paper puts forward the measures of rural labor transfer and makes a brief conclusion.
