Since the20th century, along with the enterprise management environment of repaid change, the enterprise can survival and development in the fierce competition only pay attention to strategic management. The strategic managment,’not only can planning out enterprise future development direction, still can make decisions and make actions coordinated so that enterprises obtain sustainable competitive advantage. The competition between the enterprises, to a certain extent for the performance of the enterprise strategic thinking, strategic positioning of the war. Therefore, how to formulate and implement correct enterprise strategy in the fierce of civil aviation aircraft maintenance market competition, has become the key for Air China aircraft maintenance business. With the civil aviation maintenance of competition globalization, Air China aircraft maintenance business must strengthen the company strategy of substantial content, willingness to promote the implementation of the strategy, and constantly enhance the competitive advantage, realize the sustainable development.Air China Ltd., as the three major aviation transport backborn enterprise in China, occupies an important position and enjoy a good reputation. Air China Ltd. has obvious advantage in the specialized division of labor, the scale economy, policy support and route maintenance after many years arduous efforts. But compared with other aircraft maintenance enterprise, there exists many strategy problems waiting to be solved. Thus, we can see that it is important to guide, improve and optimize the strategy management system of air china aircraft business with the knowledge and theory of modern enterprise strategy management.Formulation and implementation strategy must clear companies face environment and condition. This paper analysis the company’s current external environment (the opportunity,threatment) and internal environment (advantage, disadvantage). Facing the problem of aircraft maintenance enterprise in system, development strategy and strategic implement, this paper gives some proposals.Even the strategy formulation is perfect, it is an old parchment if there is no efficient execution. In order to solve the problems existing in the strategy implementation and realize the strategy implementation, this paper gives some measures and conclusion from maintenance business integration, management system integration, scientific innovation, IT management system upgrading and development of human resources.This paper emphasizes that strategy and implementation strategy must be based on the actual condition of China’s enterprises, and good at adapt to changing internal and external environment. Only excellent strategy formulation and implementation of excellence, can it be possible to make great achievements of the enterprise.
