With national economy structure further adjusting,development mode further changing,and regional integration further speeding up,the urban and county economy flourish,the local commercial Banks,urban commercial Banks expand rapidly,the township Banks and rural Banks,financial companies and financial cooperation organization have sprung up,banking competition environment increasingly cutthroat.At the same time,the local banking sector mobility enhanced obviously,the talent competition between banks grows dramatically.The talent has become the key factor in the development of a branch bank.Human capital investment and accumulation has become an important characteristic of banking competition.The construction of a high quality,high sense of identity,competitive talent has become the consensus of all kinds of Banks.The postal savings bank of China listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange main board in 2016,smoothly playing the "share reforming--capital raising--listing" trilogy.the post office bank has made great achievement.However,but has many problems.One of the most prominent problems is the talent,that is the needs of the development of enterprise and talent support ability is gradually widening..The thesis sets on the theory of historical literature collection and interview research,on the basis of human resource management and strategic management knowledge,from the current situation,talent training,talent incentive,talent withdraw,\analyzes the bank of post office.Combined with the relevant theory knowledge,countermeasures are put forward.This paper argues that A branch of postal savings bank should first solve problems like overall low quality of staff,structural shortage of talents,limited investment recruit,long-term training cycle,rigid assessment and stimulation mechanism,incomprehensive withdraw system,put forward the strategy of strengthening bank through talent,adhere to the "staff-oriented,talent first","on-demand cultivation,innovation first" and "strong emphasize,integrating development" principles,improve personnel recruiting and configuration mode,accelerate the cultivation of human resource,complete the incentive assessment,perfect talent withdraw management and so on,carrying out distinctive,focused,hierarchical talent team construction.the implementation of talent competition strategy to ensure the comparative advantage of A branch of the bank of post office and provide talent support.This paper will make significant difference to improving the regional talent competitiveness of municipal bank branch.
