Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the important force of the economic and social development of our country. The enhancement of the development of SMEs is the important foundation of keeping the fast development of the national economy, and the strategic task of keeping the social stability as well. Baoshang bank is one of the city commercial banks that began to engage in serving the small, medium-sized and micro enterprises in relatively early times. The bank has gained good economic and social performance in small and micro finance field.Different from big banks, although Chinese city commercial banks have been developing so fast in the past ten years, they were facing the problem that the qualification of the staff and the speed of business development did not match. The work of training was not focused and the source of training was not abundant, and especially, the job of training was not professional. Given to this, it is meaningful for exploring a way of training that suitable for medium-sized and small banks.This thesis takes the designing and implementation of training system of SME financing business in Baoshang bank as research objectives, theoretically analyzing the designing course of the training system of SME financing business in Baoshang bank, extracting the common problems and solutions of SME business training in medium-sized and small banks, summarizing the problems encountered in the course of implementation and the solutions, and providing the experience for the future work.
